Project Prologue

Bibi Jan Free Sewing Center is a family-supported project in commemoration of our beloved mother Late Mubarak Begum, who passed away on Sunday 31st August 2003.

By starting this project on  June 11, 2012; we are in a mission to cater the deserving class of the society and less privileged. We are  providing them assorted skills like; cutting, sewing, knitting, embroidery and other needle works within shortest possible time so they can work at home and earn their salt-n-bread with grace and dignity.

We initially started with 6 sewing machines but extended to 12 when number of students were doubled within two months. Currently we have 16 machines in working order. All sewing accessories are provided  absolutely free of charge  except the specimen cloth and matching thread(s). Due to massive number of enrolled students, now there are two working batches in progress offering equal split timings. Each student should have their own sewing kit is recommended.

Al-hamdo Lillah; Bibi Jan Free Sewing Center is shifted to newly constructed hall on second floor in the same premises. Now; we have 100% additional space, more ventilated, more lighted and more secure environment. New setup, new décor, UPS power backup and all new hygienically cleanup toilet.

It's a great pride for the management; so far 651 students have acquired their required skill successfully. Al-hamdo Lillah!

"And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds." (Al-Qura'an 26:164)
